Precision Cutting, Forming, Punching, Shearing & More

Flow Jet Precision Cutting

Waterjet technology is a cold cutting process which cuts by using supersonic water, or water and abrasive, to erode material. Because of this, waterjets are unlimited in what they can cut.

Abrasive waterjets cut material from 1/16 inch to over 10 inches thick, in high or low volume. Whether you are cutting the same thing every day, or changing materials to meet customer demands, a Flow waterjet will get your work done.

  • Cold Cutting Process

    This means no heat or stress is imparted into your cut materials.

  • Satin Smooth Edge

    This means you can take the part directly off of the cutting table, no secondary finishing required.

  • Minimal Kerf

    Minimal kerf and high accuracy combined with the ability to cut virtually any material means more opportunities.

  • Accuracte

    Flow waterjets can make parts to very tight tolerances, some systems can create parts with a tolerance as close as 0.001" (0.025 mm).

Forming

  • Forms and bends from 20 gauge to 1’ thick. Various widths applied to thicknesses.
  • All types of bends from hat sections, reverse hat sections, Z sections, angles, channels and off set bends. Whatever specialty bend customer requires we can accomplish.

Punching

  • 20 gauge to 1’ max. We can punch from single stage holes to nibbled finished parts.
  • All types of metal materials.

Shearing

  • 12 FT Shear. Cuts from 20 gauge to 3/8 thickness at 144’ long
  • 10 FT Shear. Cuts from 20 gauge to 3/16 thickness at 120’ long
  • All types of metal materials.

Rolling

  • Rolls up to 8’ in Diameter (is tightest roll we have)
  • 20 gauge to ½’ max thickness
  • And various widths depend on gauge

Welding

  • Mig welding. Materials are steel, stainless and aluminum with thickness from 20 gauge to 1’ thick
  • Tig welding. Materials are steel, stainless and aluminum with thickness from 20 gauge to 1’ thick
  • We also have Plasma Cutting. Materials are steel, stainless and aluminum any thickness up to 1 1/8 max thickness.
